Nowadays,
there are many writers’ resources.
I often wonder how olden-time authors like Charles Dickens
managed to be so prolific. Of
course, they had so much more of that precious commodity we now claim
to lack – “Time” – and they probably spent hours and hours
amongst stacks of neatly bound books in cool, quiet libraries.
Below
are some my resources that you might find as valuable as I did. A
few of the books may be out of print but used copies are often
available.

English Grammar:-
I
don’t claim to be a top grammarian.
In fact, I’ve unfortunately picked up some bad grammar
habits over the years, so it’s good to have a basic little
grammar guide on hand. You
might find one of these does the job:
“The
One Minute Grammarian” by Morton S. Freeman (Signet)
“The
Everyday English Handbook” by Leonard Rosen (Doubleday)
"Good
Grammar" by Graham King (Collins)
